Dawn-joy Leong: SCHEHERAZADE’S SEA – SONGS FROM SILENCE

This mixed media, multi-sensory installation and performance comprised 9 segments interwoven into a rich tapestry of symbols and presented an intimate autobiographical glimpse into the world of autism. Elements in this eclectic seminal work included music, soundscape, video, visual art, installations, objects, vocalisation, poetry, storytelling and interactive performance.
This performance was open to all.
This performance travelled to World Stage Design 2013 from Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
