Repertory Lighting design in the German System
Mon 9 Sept 11:30-13:00 Studio 1

Many City and State Theatres in Germany work with a repertory system of performances. Theatres have between 10 and 40 productions that can perform on any night. They present a different show each evening and perform every day of the year. Designing lights and presenting in such a system provides many obstacles and challenges. Expert German lighting Designer Jürgan Nasse presented information on the many advantages and disadvantages of this Repertory system.
